Contents and Method
Unlike a general German course, our job-specific language training courses prepare you specifically for the tasks and necessary communication in the company. The content is customised to your company so that employees can immediately apply what they have learnt and continue to practise between training sessions.
On request, we can create your own materials for the training sessions in your company to ensure that the work-specific vocabulary and the phraseology used are trained intensively and that the participants recognise the relevance of the learning content from the outset, resulting in greater motivation and greater learning success.
Our training method, which is communicative and immersive, means that course participants can apply what they have learnt in the workplace within a very short space of time and thus achieve learning success quickly. This supports further progress and the training quickly pays for itself.
By conducting in-house language training, you actively bind employees to your company.
